  • Assess training needs using qualitative and quantitative methods.  

  • Design and develop interactive training programs that engage learners.

  • Deliver training content directly or coaching others to deliver.  

  • Implement training with pull-through strategies and change initiatives.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions.

  • Manage the timely delivery of learning interventions by providing logistical and project management support.



I worked with a large biotech company to design, develop and implement a measurement and assessment strategy that we took from concept to implementation.  The deliverables included pull-through tools for managers and a web-enabled interface for gamification and tracking.

Mara is innovative, accountable. She's both creative and operationally talented...a rare combination.
